Double Celebrations for Year 2 Couples

OFF

We are pleased to announce that, in the double wedding event of the year, two Year 2 couples have tied the knot.

In a mock ceremony at St. Mathias’ Church, Hanford, Cole Spooner and Evelyn Lovatt-Blairs (2D), and Maisie Hawthorn and Jack Sullivan (2W) have been married. Reverend Shaun carried out the services for the happy couples and a wonderful reception was enjoyed by all the guests.

There was an audible hush (and some giggling at the back) as the question ‘Does anyone know of any reason why these people cannot be joined in matrimony?’ was asked but thankfully the weddings passed off without a hitch.

Newlywed Jack commented “It feels weird to be married. My wife is funny but she nags me a lot!”

His beloved wife added “I like being married because Jack’s funny and cheeky.”

Good luck in the future to both sets of couples.
