Tuesday 10th February was global Safer Internet Day. As part of the week, the children discussed the best ways to stay safe online. The theme ‘Making the internet better together’ was explored and, through assemblies and lessons, this message was conveyed to the children.
Some of the work included posters, themed board games, thought out scenarios and creating drama actions to help them remember the right choices.
The children were also made aware of the CEOP reporting system and how to contact the police if they feel threatened online. A link to this page can be found in the Parental Help – E-Safety section of the school website.
